Captivate Designs leads the industry in protecting your privacy and confidentiality. However, given the nature of our industry, as well as being as an Internet company, we respectfully reserve the right to share information with our partners and affiliates.

We use the most advanced technology available and Secure Server Software (SSL) in order to provide secure Internet commerce transactions. Your credit card number and other personal information are encrypted in order to prevent them from being identified as the information travels over the Internet.

Any information that we collect during the checkout process is held in strictest confidence. Captivate Designs does not trade, rent, sell or otherwise disclose your personal information to any third parties. Our only purpose for maintaining such information is so that we may better serve you as an individual client by notifying you of exclusive offers, discounts and special promotions that may be of specific interest to you.

Like most web sites, we collect standard web server logs for analysis. The logging method we use includes IP address, dates/times, browser type, page hit and referral pages. In addition, a cookie is issued allowing us to determine whether a visitor has visited in the past. All information collected is used for either broad demographic analysis or system administration. None of the log file information collected is linked to personal information.

You are NOT required to setup a web account with Captivate Designs; however, if you register your email address with Captivate Designs, we are lead to believe that you would like to receive regular emails keeping you up to date about our services. You are not required to respond to the emails.
